• You not only develop an innovative and international platform, but also the team behind it. You inspire with technical strength and drive. You set goals and coach the team
• As Lead Developer, you will take over the technical management of our development team, accompanying the entire software development lifecycle and integration of new functionalities in the lead function
• You define state-of-the-art architecture for new features that enables our partners to monetize their games and use the lean structure of a full stack team for the agile development process
• You implement modern and interactive user interfaces through responsive designs and clean code in close collaboration with the design team
• Your team optimizes automated user tracking and modern database technologies to provide all stakeholders with a basis for future product and distribution decisions (KPIs, A/B testing, etc.)
• Together with your team, you will create the basis for smart solutions in the context of anti-cheat, payment, matchmaking and user segmentation and make them available to our partner studios via APIs and an SDK

• With your proactive and structured way you enable an exciting exchange in a talented development team 
• You are a total nerd in Typescript
• You have very good knowledge in MongoDB or a deep general understanding of data modeling and indexes
• You have extensive experience with React (Hooks) or can learn React very quickly through experience in modern and interactive web-based user interfaces such as Vue.js
• You have in-depth backend know-how especially in Node.js and broad knowledge of caching and SSR. Experience with next.js or cloudflare is a plus
• With your experience in implementing responsive design / development for mobile devices, you provide guidance to the developer and design team
• Extensive experience in CI/CD with Docker and GitHub CI
• You prefer to write your own code instead of using a package. Using a library is everyday life for you, but you could write a library by yourself because you know how they are designed
• You are very familiar with the connection of dynamic interfaces (e.g. REST interfaces and OAuth) and take the lead in the further development of our API interfaces as well as the planning and implementation of our SDK
