Your contribution makes an impact: you develop systems and platform solutions that accelerate growth, optimize development processes, and increase team productivity. Every technical decision significantly contributes to the further development of PLAYT – from infrastructure to feature level.

The goal of your role is to create robust, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions – for a platform that is technically convincing, growing fast, and continuously exciting.

• CI/CD as an enabler for speed: You develop a scalable CI/CD pipeline (e.g., GitHub Actions) that speeds up releases, improves quality, and enhances developer experience. Every push creates impact – fast, stable, and visible.
• Infrastructure that grows with us: Using Infrastructure-as-Code, you design a platform that scales transparently, remains reproducible, and is built for growth – intelligent, resilient, and controllable at all times.
• Observability with clarity: You build a powerful monitoring setup (Axiom, Sentry) that creates real-time transparency, supports teams, and makes our stack deeply tangible – data-driven, elegant, and forward-looking.
• Enablement as an engineering principle: You share knowledge – through clear documentation, tech sessions, or coaching. This way, you lift not just code but the entire team – fostering a culture focused on learning, exchange, and quality.
• Architecture with signature: You make technological decisions with ownership and a view toward scalability. Together with the core dev team, you shape an architecture that lasts long-term and reflects technological excellence.
• Cross-functional, genuine, and close: You work closely with Product, Design, and directly with the CEO. Your solutions flow directly into the product – sprint by sprint, release by release, with clear influence on the user experience.

• CI/CD as a turbo for innovation: You build pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) that not only accelerate releases but enable product development at high speed.
• Infrastructure-as-Code as architecture language: Terraform, Docker & co are your tools to bring systems to life that are resilient, scalable, and automated.
• Code that performs: With Bash, TypeScript, or both, you develop pragmatic, maintainable solutions – always aiming to master complexity and guarantee speed.
• Linux- and cloud-native mindset: You confidently navigate Vercel, Linux environments, and agile processes, elevating tech stacks to a new level.
• Observability as a playmaker: Monitoring, logging, and security are more than buzzwords to you – you transform data into clarity, stability, and proactive solutions.
