• Develop performant MVP-to-rollout processes: Ensure efficient implementation of features from prototype to stable release – so innovations go live quickly and securely, helping PLAYT expand its market leadership.
• Build a component-based frontend library: Create reusable UI building blocks that shorten development cycles, increase product quality, and ensure a consistent user experience.
• Establish sustainable frontend architecture and standards: Set technical benchmarks for scalability and maintainability that foster growth and smoothly integrate new team members.
• Take technical responsibility and architecture decisions: Lead the frontend strategy with ownership and expertise, significantly shaping PLAYT’s technological progress.
• Mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team: Support teammates through targeted experience exchange and foster an open engineering culture where knowledge grows and innovations are driven together.
• Close collaboration with Product, UX/UI Design, and CEO: Shape features together with cross-functional teams that create real value for users and strategically advance the product.

• React & CSS expert: UI engineering at the highest level: You develop scalable, component-based interfaces with TypeScript that not only perform but guarantee optimal user experiences through clean code and thoughtful styling.
• Next.js & Node.js as foundation for modern full-stack architecture: With a clear focus on performance and scalability, you design robust APIs, optimize server-side rendering, and develop smart routing solutions that deliver real impact.
• Web performance & accessibility at the core of your work: State-of-the-art frontends emerge through your targeted use of performance tuning, Lighthouse optimization, and thoughtful accessibility. Every line of code contributes to experience, speed, and sustainability – for interfaces that ensure maximum user satisfaction and long-term product value.
